The City Arms, Saffron Lane, Leicester

The City Arms was the local pub which Elsie and William Orton would often frequent. The Orton children would often be left on their own without food while Elsie pursued her alter-ego as a mezzo-soprano singer. The City Arms has been demolished and replaced with an Iceland supermarket.
